How to prepare this majestic Cordon Bleu?
- Go to Delhaize with Magda and 23 euros.
- Buy:
- 200g of turkey,
- 6 slices of real raw pork,
- 100g of cheese (preferably gruyère although Magda doesn't like it because of the smell),
- 2 eggs,
- some flour,
- some carrots, peas, potatoes,
- some breadcrumbs,
- some butter,
- some pepper,
- 1 Duvel for yourself and a Jus d'orange for Magda,
- white wine (if you don't find it among leftovers from Friday's party).
- Follow the photos:
- Cut the "meat" (if you call a turkey that way) into six thin slices.
- Cover it with slices of raw beaf.
- Put some cheese on it.
- Find toothpicks in your closet and stuck them through your piece of art (or try your luck without toothpicks).
- Find three bowls, put some flower with some pepper in the first one, smash egg into the second and put breadcrumbs in the third one. Order matters!
- Dip your yummies inside them one by one.
- Melt some butter on a pan and put them on!
- Fry them on each side, then add wine
- Bake Cordons for 15 minuts in 180°C. In the meanwhile ask Magda kindly for marvelous smashed potatoes and carrots with peas.
- Take them out.
- Pour your Duvel into your favorite beer glass.
- Bon appétit! (The white thing imitating sauce is sour cream - put it on (or anything else) if you like).
